Step 3: Confirm and Schedule
Once you're happy with the quote, confirm the booking by return email or phone. We'll agree a date and arrival window. For time-critical jobs, let us know early — we can often accommodate urgent requirements, but planning ahead gives you more choice.
Step 4: Prepare Your Site
Before the vehicle arrives, make sure the placement area is clear, any overhead obstructions are flagged to us, and someone is on site to confirm the exact position. Our driver will do a brief walkround with you on arrival.
Step 5: Job Done
The driver handles the lift from start to finish. Once the load is in position and the vehicle is clear, the job is complete. Payment terms are confirmed at booking.
